First I think that it's something you HAVE to have for the passenger if you have a two seated sport bike. I feel much safer holing onto the bike then onto my husband and he prefers it too! While braking I have much more support and don't slide forward and crush him. Obviously, this is much safer because he doesn't have to brace every time he brakes, making it safer for both of us. While accelerating, it's as if I've got a steering wheel in my hands and for me that's the MAX!

At first we weren't completely convinced. We thought our helmets would bounce together or that my arms would be too short to reach. These worries disappeared after our first test drive. It's perfect. Fast acceleration, or making an emergency stop, are no longer a problem. The unsafe feeling is completely gone.

 

For the first time I understand why Bikers love Sport Bikes. The intensity level can be ramped up dramatically with TankGrip on the bike, and gives me a whole new riding experience. I'm looking forward to our next road trip!

All I can say is that I only ride on bikes fitted with TankGrip. I don't know how anyone rides on the back of a crotch rocket going 200 down the median without it. Try it, you'll love it.

As the driver in my family, I've got much better mobility if I've got someone on the back. When they have something to hold onto beside my body, I can concentrate fully on riding the bike as safely, or as fast, as I can. After having the tank grip for a few months, I've had a lot of great reactions from other bikers who love the idea and want to try it out. Because of the design of the new TankGrip, the bike definitely doesn't lose any aerodynamics or sexiness. The TankGrip is precision fitted and holds like a vice to the bike. The best quality is that I can ride the bike like it's supposed to be ridden: fast. It's a little strange when the passenger starts to hang with you in the curves, and it says a lot about the product that that's even possible.

I'm a women who refused to get on the back of my husbands bike after the first ride. One day he surprised me with the tank grip. The next ride on the back convinced me to get on anytime!
